This release adds an Inquiries & Holds pipeline for reserving pieces and following up with interested collectors, and sharpens the everyday library workflows: a cleaner Search Type card across the registry, Help examples you can run with a tap, smarter AI date understanding, and Art Groupings you can save and recall.
ArtManager 10.2.5 is a refinement release for independent artists, studios, and small galleries who search their registry many times a day. Library, Art Management, and Add Reproductions now share one clean Search Type card for Guided, AI, and optional SQL search, with a companion Help card that opens the matching topic and keeps your result counts in view.
It also makes the things you repeat faster to repeat: run Help examples with a single tap, recall organized searches from a tidier Filter History, and save your favorite Art Grouping layouts to bring back later — slots and sort direction intact.

A new pipeline tracks collector demand before a sale closes. Reserve a piece for a patron, optionally secure it with a deposit, and when it sells, follow up with everyone else who was interested.
Deposit-gated holds
Holds expire on their own — 48 hours with no deposit, 7 days when a deposit is recorded — and release automatically when they lapse.
Sell-through automation
When a held piece sells, the buyer is marked Won, other interested collectors move to Ready to Notify, and the hold clears.
Notify the waitlist
Open a pre-filled email to interested collectors the moment a piece sells, while their interest is still fresh.

Library, Art Management, and Add Reproductions now present search as Guided, AI, and optional SQL choices in a single Search Type card. The companion Help card opens the matching help topic and keeps result status visible while you work.

Guided, AI, and SQL examples in Help can now run directly. Selecting an example switches the active search type, fills in the query or controls, and runs the search — turning the help screen into a launchpad instead of a reading exercise.
AI Search understands far more date and availability language.
AI Search now recognizes a much wider range of natural date phrasing, so you can ask the way you'd speak. On supported systems, Apple Intelligence can also help interpret more conversational requests.
Save the groupings you build again and again.
Art Grouping now includes Save and Saved controls. Tap Create to build the grouped view and log a recent grouping, or tap Save to store a named favorite. The Saved Groupings sheet restores the group slots and sort direction when you choose an entry.
