ArtManager 10.2.5

ArtManager 10.2.5

Faster registry search, clickable Help examples, and saved Art Groupings.

This release sharpens the everyday library workflows: a cleaner Search Type card across the registry, Help examples you can run with a tap, smarter AI date understanding, and Art Groupings you can save and recall.

Unified Search Type cards Clickable Help examples Saved Art Groupings Smarter AI dates

ArtManager 10.2.5 is a refinement release for independent artists, studios, and small galleries who search their registry many times a day. Library, Art Management, and Add Reproductions now share one clean Search Type card for Guided, AI, and optional SQL search, with a companion Help card that opens the matching topic and keeps your result counts in view.

It also makes the things you repeat faster to repeat: run Help examples with a single tap, recall organized searches from a tidier Filter History, and save your favorite Art Grouping layouts to bring back later — slots and sort direction intact.

One clean Search Type card across the registry.

Library, Art Management, and Add Reproductions now present search as Guided, AI, and optional SQL choices in a single Search Type card. The companion Help card opens the matching help topic and keeps result status visible while you work.

🧭

Unified search types

Guided, AI, and SQL live in one card, so switching how you search is a single, predictable choice.

📚

Filter History cards

Saved searches are grouped into Guided, AI, and SQL cards. Pick an entry to apply the right type and run it automatically.

🔒

SQL opt-in

Advanced SQL is hidden by default. Turn on Enable SQL Filter in Settings or Initial Setup to reveal it where supported.

Clickable Help examples that do the work for you.

Guided, AI, and SQL examples in Help can now run directly. Selecting an example switches the active search type, fills in the query or controls, and runs the search — turning the help screen into a launchpad instead of a reading exercise.

Try it: Open Help from any registry search, tap an example that matches what you're after, and watch ArtManager set up and run the search for you.

AI Search understands far more date and availability language.

AI Search now recognizes a much wider range of natural date phrasing, so you can ask the way you'd speak. On supported systems, Apple Intelligence can also help interpret more conversational requests.

explicit dates & ranges created / sold / added / registered this & last year, quarter, month, week last 30 days past 3 months year to date recently & since unsold / not sold yet

Save the groupings you build again and again.

Art Grouping now includes Save and Saved controls. Tap Create to build the grouped view and log a recent grouping, or tap Save to store a named favorite. The Saved Groupings sheet restores the group slots and sort direction when you choose an entry.

Named favorites

Store grouping layouts you rely on and bring them back by name whenever you need them.

🕘

Recent groupings

Creating a grouped view logs a recent grouping, so your latest layouts are a tap away.

Slots & sort restored

Choosing a saved entry restores its group slots and sort direction exactly as you left them.

Smoother large searches and refreshed Help throughout.

Under the hood, SQL Search now runs read-only SQLite work off the main actor before resolving visible results, helping larger searches feel more responsive. A handful of smaller refinements round out the release.

Off-main-actor SQL

Read-only background reads keep the interface responsive while larger searches resolve.

💾

Backup preserves settings

Backup and Restore now preserves the SQL Filter visibility setting along with your data.

🏠

Home quick action

The Home quick action row now opens Library instead of Add Client, matching daily use.

ArtManager 10.2.5 is about doing the same search a little faster every time — one Search Type card, Help you can run, and groupings you can save and recall.
